We still have our 3rd line via LA and when tickets are raised, yes things get sorted, but there is an air of reluctancy to tell you how is has been sorted, understandably protecting their own interests.
    Take a look for support companies for windows, I'm sure if you approach them they will be able to sort something out for you.

    I've never personally dealt with external support companies but there are others here that do.

    Take a look at Burconix, we moved to them over the summer and everything just works great now and is seamless, we had CSE beforehand was having quite a few issues and felt the company wasn't or resolving them quick enough or moving anywhere fast.

    Best decision Iíve made in a long while.
