We have just tried to import a list of new users into the RMMC and we get the error that's in the attached picture below. Has anyone had this before and how did you fix it? We don't have a software support contract with RM so we cannot go to them for help.
Any advise is much appreciated.

Well we have fixed the problem which stems back to RM installing an incorrect version of User Manager along with other components (CC4 version rather than CC3....) which broke a lot of things. We had to reinstall User Manager and make sure a csvimport.dll was present (it wasn't) so you were pretty much spot on, Timethrow! Also thanks for the PM, much appreciated.
