MRBS booking delete error
I am logged in as an admin so I should be able to delete any booking including my own. When I select a booking I automatically get the following error ..
"Custom fields problem, 'ical_recur_id' exists in entry table but not in repeat table"

have you added this column to the database? If so, you need to add it to the repeat table using phpmyadmin, or the command line mysql client. The type needs to match the column in the entry table. If you've already done that, check its spelled the same in both tables.

Thanks Chris_Cook. I deleted it using phpmyadmin in the entry table and all my recurring booking disappeared which is great. However, if I try to make a new recurring booking I get the same error so it must get created when making a recurring booking. So, I guess I need to know how to make a new column for "ical_recur_id" in the repeat table. When I go in using phpmyadmin I do not get an option to add that column. Can u step me through? Thanks in advance

Ok, Phpmyadmin uses the terms columns and fields, and they basically mean the same thing. You need to find the type of the field called "ical_recur_id" in the entry table, and create one with exactly the same name and type in the repeat table.
1. Load up PHPMyAdmin.
2. Select your MRBS database.
3. In the list on the left side, click on "mrbs_entry". Then click "Structure" near the top of the page.
4. Find the column "ical_recur_id" and make a note of the type (Probably tinyint or int).
5. Click on "mrbs_repeat" on the left hand side.
6. check there isn't a mis-typed column field similar to "ical_recur_id".
7. just after the list of columns/fields there should be a line that is like:
Add Column(s) [Go]
8. Click [Go] button.
9. put in the column name "ical_recur_id", and set the type to whatever you found in step 4.
10. click save or ok or similar to apply the changes.
You should then be able make a recurring booking.
