I've finaly got round to getting a propper web based help desk in place - after much review our final decision went to GLPI (so please don't try to convice me over to something else).
I've got AD setup and its working fine with it all however I can't seem to configure it with our Live@Edu email and I belive this is due to our web proxy getting in the way (however do correct me if theres something else at foot!).
I've configured the email settings as you see below (password omitted) and I also found something about proxys in the 'General setup' page and put in the correct details but still the same 'connection failed' message.
Does any one have any clues?
