IMPERO V3 - Automatically take control

As the title says - In Impero V3, is it possible to take control automatically when connecting to and controlling a client?

Hi Michael

If you mean can you set it so that when you double click a client can you set default action then no. In 3100 (I think) we swapped what the default action was after customer feedback. But then feedback since 3100 people wanted other way. We are looking to add an option that allows you to choose default action.

was going to say i know in earlier verisions (pre v2) the default was you took control, but it meant you couldn't then click on record screen or anything else without alerting the user to your presence. i prefer the no control initial view and having to just click take control.

but yeah, a yes/no setting would be good too

Has there been any update on this? I didn't realise it would be this irritating as I said V2 was no control by default and I got used to that, and keep finding myself taking control from a user when I just want to watch the problem as they talk through it on the phone!
