CC3 My documents not allowed for a user

One of our members of staff cant access there Mydocuments via the Start menu.

Error is something along the lines of you don't have sufficient rights to do that however going to Mycomputer > N drive all the documents are there and accessible.

    Any ideas

Just reset the profile. Get that quite often here (like 2 or 3 times a month) with the kids - never seen it with a staff account yet though

We've started getting this recently. I've just found you can adjust it remotely. Connect to their machines registry & change HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ User Shell Folders \ Personal back to "N:\"
