    quicktime 7.6.9 RM CC3

    Hi,

I've created a package for quicktime following the blueprint from RM, including the applications settings package. I've allocated this and it works apart from one room where I get the following message:

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

I have tried reallocating it but this doesn't work. I cant see any differences from this room to the others so really not sure whats going on.

Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks.

Does that room have a unique package that no other room has? If so, is an older version of quicktime inadvertantly included in that package?
