CC3 - Moving Users
What have people found is the best way to move users from one server to another on a CC3 network?
I'm currently using the RMMC to move users, and so far only about 15 out of 38 have successfully moved - the others have failed, for a reason I reckon is to do with file lengths and locked files etc.
So, what is the most successful way of moving users? I know there's a couple of methods, one being:
1) Ensure a good copy is held of work/profiles
2) Delete work/profile within each user area
3) Move again using RMMC
4) Restore work/profile from good copy to new location
Any other suggestions?

We used to delete on CC3 and once moved reset their profiles/Health Checked to ensure it all worked ok.
Now we tend not to move them at all, as moving 900 users was a ball ache to say the least. We now construct the file to show - Server0 - Year Intake 2010 - Form XX - Username

Moving is critical in this instance though. Set them away through RMMC. The one's that fail I will do the delete, move, restore method afterwards

The method you suggested is what RM advised in one of their seminar sessions a while back.
Unlocker normally sorts out stubborn files.

Yep, I struggled on but have now managed to clean the failing server of users
