We are trialing impero at the moment and I would also like to hear anyone elses prices. We have been quoted £16.50 per licence for 150 licences. Seems like their prices have doubled since original post.

So anyone else got a price they can post? Has anyone negotiated it down??

I have seen the graph and I don't understand it??

Seems a shame if they put the prices up - especially for us that have supported the product since version 2.

Honestly I try and keep out of pricing what I always suggest when ever pricing comes up talk to your account manager.....

For 600 clients, today I was quoted £6600 for the first year, then £1980 a year thereafter. I nearly had heart failure...

Come our renewal time it will be very interesting to see who can quote us best. We have Impero now and it's doing all we want and support is fab but the price might drive us into other arms come the time.

As said I try and keep put of pricing but pricing depends what comparing it with.. You compare again classroom managemetn software which do half the things that Impero does or against likes of Ranger etc..
As always said talk to account manager...

We went for it in the end. But are keeping our options open about the annual support fee.

haggle, haggle and yes, haggle some more. We've had them drop around £4k on the year 1 cost and over £1k on the yearly renewal so far since we started asking them for prices

impressive. based on how many licences?

Try negotiating for 3-5 year deals on support, this sometimes helps get the price down too.
