    iTALC full screen demo freeze

    I've installed iTALC 1.0.11 in our schools' IT suite and I've got everything working perfectly except for the fullscreen demo mode and logging out feature. When either of these are used they do what they should but then the computers freeze and nothing but a reboot will restore access to them again.

    Has anyone encountered this error before? I've been through the iTALC wiki but there's nothing on there so I presume it's either a problem we're having in the suite or an undocumented problem with the current version. Does anyone have any suggestions that I can try to stop these features from freezing the computers?

    I have the same problem at two of my schools, lost a lot of work. Any ideas?

    firewall issue maybe? Is there anything in the event viewer?
