Only Allow certain Exe's to run

Does anyone know of any software that I can install on workstations that will ONLY run the EXE that I allow. ie: Install it, do a scan of the computer to find all the "allowed" exe's. Then if someone runs "fromhome.exe" is won't run.
    Thanks

Presuming you have active directory, you can stop all exe's and specify which ones you want to allow, using software restriction policies.
