GLPI Helpdesk - Anyone using it?

I have been meaning to look at this ever since we installed glpi but never got round to it.
We currently use hesk (a simple php script) as our helpdesk which works fine but i wondered if anyone can sing any praises of GLPI helpdesk, or if they too found it slightly confusing?

I think DMcCoy uses it.

I'm currently configuring it at the moment. I't not perfect, but the ocs-ng integration is very useful. I haven't actually got anyone using it yet, as it needs quite a lot of data entry to get going.

It can be tough going at times as it's a fairly scalable inventory with helpdesk bits.

I noticed the data entry aspect. That's what put me off a bit.
