I'm looking for some advice/gotchas/grizzled experience on things to look out for with a roll out of NetSupport School ( or classroom management software in general).
We've just invested in NetSupport School (10.5), to roll out across the site. We've got a combination of thick & thin (Citrix 4.5, Server03).
Can anyone recommend anything to look out for/problems caused (social/technical)? Anything you'd recommend doing before staff get their hands dirty with it?
So far i've come up with:
Disable Tutor from resetting Terminal Server box.
Make sure encryption key is set for connection between tutor<>Student.
Software restriction policy on students running tutor control.
Password on Tutor startup.
Ooh, and has anyone created any cheat sheets for handing out to staff?
sounds like your doing pretty well already! just in the middle of upgrading to 10.5.7 so ill let you know if I find any issues.
