Customize Remote Desktop

Just wondering... Is it possible to customize what will be displayed on the remote PC's screen? It would be great if we could display a custom message/image such as: "IT at work! Please phone #### for more information" - perhaps stop people from turning off a PC while I'm working on it...

You can do this with abtutor and that how we do it here but it does not stop people turning machines off.

ABTutor is used here too, but only for managing students and only in a couple of rooms. We have a pretty neat system now where we can see which PC's are in a room on our site maps. Then we can click on an individual PC and retreive details from SCCM, start a remote desktop/assitance and various other functions. Besides, wouldn't we have to pay for extra licences with AB Tutor?
