Hi,

We were having problems getting our Thin Client machines to remain in Class lists on a previous version or RRC.

We were told that if we upgraded to version 10.5 there is a feature where we could set this up and ranger would remember which individual Thin Client belonged to which room.

The user manual contains nothing on how to create a look up file, or how it should be set up etc.

We've tried using a .txt file with the following

ClientName, RoomName

and also

RoomName, ClientName

But it didn't make a difference.

Any ideas or guidance? Has anybody else used this method to get thin clients to remain in designated rooms?
