    Default RRC10 Multiple connects

Any idea if you can have multiple tutors connected to a client with RRC10? I know you could with an old version.

I'm sure that on older version you could just add Shared=1 to the client32.ini file but it doesn't seem to work on Version 10.

    Thanks,
    Steve

Fairly sure you can, but I've moved away from the set-up where I used it. I'll try to remember to enquire and let you know.

I got the following from AMI Education

You will need to make a small modification to the registry to enable this.

    First, close the Tutor.
Open regedit.exe (Start, Run, regedit - hit ENTER)
Add the following registry keys if they do not exist: -

    Registry location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Productive Computer Insight\PCICTL\

In the PCICTL key add the following String value:
    ValueName: NSSuseHKLM
    Value: 1

Close the registry.Open the Tutor and go to School, Configuration from the dropdown menus at the top.
In the Administration/Security section, check the box for Use Shared Data File.
Next go to the Profile section, highlight NetSupport School and click the EDIT button.
In the Advanced section, click the box for Use Shared Data Files.
Also click the box at the top for Enable Advanced Options.
    * you will need to move your current files (client.nss and group.nss file to a new folder accessable by everyone. We advise using the C:\Program Files\NetSupport\NetSupport School folder for this).
Click the Change button for the two files and browse to the new location where the files are stored.

Once finished with these steps and any other configuration changes you would like to make, any user that logs in should access the same configuration and client list.
    Hope that helps.
