Standalone Lock Down Software

Can anyone recommend any good cheap or freeware lock down software for standalone machines. I have been looking at this:
Crystal Office Systems - WinLock

But wondered if there is anything better or free available?

Windows SteadyState

I use this aswell. I also use TweakUI to enable auto logon of the restricted account.
