Anyone using LanSchool or know much about it? We're using Impero, but the suggestion is that LanSchool is better. Just trying to get a fix on it before trial.

A comparison to Impero would be good, but if not then just a general impression, how easy to configure, ease of use, quality of support, problems encountered.

never used Impero.

The product is good, easy to deploy via group policy and you can use ADM templates to set the right chanel. that way staff cant see other rooms.

Support is good, i e-mailed them a while back and was suprised to find someone ringing me 10 mins after i sent the e-mail. I have only ever needed to use support once as it works a treat.

For the end user its nice and simple to use.

We use it, and the ICT teachers love it. No training needed from us because its that easy to use- plus there's video's on the lan school website on how to use!
