Hi there,
I am looking into getting our schools email updated from IMail v7 to there latest offering, but before they can let me have the upgrade pricing, quite rightly they want the serial number for our current version.
However, this was installed way back in 2005 by RM at the time of comissioning our servers which was way before I started at the school and there isn't any documentation relating to IPSwitch and/or IMail anywhere. To be honest there isn't much documentation full stop!
Ayway, my question is, does anyone know of a way to extract the serial number from the IMail install that is currently sitting on our server?
Please help if you can!
Thanks

The RM install of IMail is know as "RM Easymail Server 2" (don't know if this helps) and not iMail. Otherwise, you will need to contact RM Support for more information, or tell ipswitch that it is the RM licence.
