Hi, I am in the process of trying to change an existing roaming profile for students to a mandatory one. The previous technician has set up a redirection for my documents from the server. I have followed all the guides on mandatory profiles and everything is great except for the my documents redirect.
I have created an mpm profile I want to use on one of my laptops, and then copied it over to a network folder as per the notes. However, when I test the profile with a user the my documents is going to the my documents of my mpm profile. Are there any settings I change to make get the my documents on to point to the new user not the mpm profile I set up?
Hi, have you checked the path for the my documents on the desktop, i had this problem, if you change the path of the shortcut to the letter of the home drive it sorted it out.
