Hi All,
I'm writing some bespoke software for a school as part of my final year project. One the the desirable features in LDAP integration. Students and Staff need to be able to login so I will need to use the curriculum network.
I've got the LDAP authentication working in my virtual machine with a standard windows 2003 domain controller.
The school runs RM CC3 on windows 2003 servers, are there any specific problems to look out for when trying to use LDAP on an RM server. Does anyone have an useful tips for a smooth integration? Assume that the Active directory LDAP to query will be on server \\prefix-sr-001??
Cheers
Jona

12th February 2009, 08:06 PM #2 LDAP works just fine on CC3, we're using it for several services here.
Fire me a pm if you want to know anything specific, i.e. locations for students, staff, etc.

Integrating HP Wireless Edge Services Module with CC3
Hi,
I too am trying to query the CC3 LDAP server. I am v.v new to this, and am a bit lost with the whole OU=??, DC=??. Any advice would be appreciated.
Basically, our wireless system wants to talk to our CC3 server using LDAP, and I do not know what to put into the different fields on the configuration form. If I post a screen capture, could someone help?
Thanks,
Richard.
