CC3 and server health check software

Does anyone know a software or organisation that could come and check our servers and CC3 as the network is presently flashing up issues on user profiles, tutor manager, package allocation/access that previously did not occur. I refuse to purchase CC4 as this will not necessarily resolve these problems.

To be honest I'd be suprised if you manage to find any other company willing to support RM's product, unless they're a partner of some kind or have a contract.

If so get onto them.

Actually there are Approved support partners for RM products.
You can use map to find your nearest.
EDIT: Or the use the Affiliated Technician scheme (that I am a member of, though my name is strangley missing...) to find a local provider.
Map here

2nd December 2008, 07:59 PM #10 Could your LA IT team help? Or other neighbouring network managers / technicians in other schools? It may be a case that the problem is common.
Have you also looked on the RM support website for solutions?
