Confused Netsupport Version 10

Just installed net support version 10 on a suite of 25 computers and installed teh tutor console on the teacher machine installation went fine. I logged into the teacher machine and connect to the clients in taht room when it connected them it restarted all the clients in that room and now they have been rebooted they are not displaying an image, the screen is brighter than usual like an image is there but it is all a bhright black if you understand.

I closed the tutor console on the teacher Pc and tried rebotting one just does the same thing.

Has any one came across this before?

Just an update the problem was down to the graphics driver "asus enhanced graphics driver"
