Hi i was just wandering if there is a way to gain access to tutor consoles if your a technician, without having to have them acknowledge your connection, so basically a silent connect. We cant have these teachers knowing where watching them now can we

I'm afraid you can't do this using just NetSupport School, the new Tech Console in V10 will always prompt for the Tutor to acknowledge the connection.
You can however do this if you have NetSupport Manager and you use the NetSupport Manager control to connect to the Tutor, you don't get some of the cool features of the Tech Console but you can silently connect and view the Tutor's PC.

28th October 2008, 03:49 PM #3 thanks for the reply, i got an answer from net support themselves i gave them a call and they said you have to install the student client on the teachers machine aswell then it doesnt ask for acknowledgement aswell so we have it sorted now
