    HelpDesk Software

    Hello Guys,

    Just a quickie to find out what Helpdesk software you use at the school.

    I've used a few in the past and installed some like....touch paper, web centre, custom built one.

    What ones do u recommend?

    We started using Spiceworks earlier this year and so far it's been really impressive. Free too.

    it's in asp. if u know that it's pretty easy to tinker with the format of pages. probably a lot simpler than other packages.

    I use MLH and you can still get it for free if you can find the right part of the site with the form to fill in. I have no objections to paying for it however, as you then get proper support and access to updates. It's a great helpdesk system, with a whole host of useful features, and it just works!
