bulk user creation

Hi Folks,

Just about to create user accounts for september new intake and wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of software/tool to make this task easier. I used account management spreadsheet from wisesoft last year but wondered if there was any better alternatives.

P.S. I probably being slow but has the dowloads section been removed? been a while since last login.
