I can see but cannot connect to certain clients on the network and I get the "10060" error message.

We don't have windows firewall enabled or any other firewall installed on the machines, we do thou use symantec anti virus ver 10.5 I have tried to diable these services in from the administraive tools but it still doesnt work.
Is there any pattern to the computers that you can't connect to? Which version are you running?
Is the AB client service running on the affected clients? There was an issue with the AB client service stopping when the network connection was interrupted (v5.1, or v5.1.1 I think). This issue should have been resolved in 5.2.
