Print Manager Plus Feature

Does anyone know whether PM plus can allocate specific numbers of colour or black and white pages to a student?
Or alternatively, can it choose which to print depending on how much credit a student has left?

I can't find it in the documentation and my boss really wants to know

Not that I know of, it only works by pricing. ie. you set an a4 black doc to cost 4p and a colour to 8p then that gets taken off their balance.

There isn't any handling of specifics like that I don't think.

Same as localzuk. We have set colour and BW to be different price so that if the pupils are low on balance they may be able to print out in BW but not colour. However I believe the message displays that they do not have enough credit to print that document(These can be amended) so it is more of a training issue rather than a technical one.
