I am currently trying to tidy up the shortcuts for staff users with the RM Management console.
I want to have a folder called subjects then more folders inside that but I can only seem to put shortcuts inside the main folder.
Am I missing something obvious here?
Thanks

Try creating the structure under X:\Group Resources\Programs - then re-delivering the program set.

Students - Subjectname
Staff - Subjectname
for all the subjects.
