    Cool PDAs & Helpdesk software

    Hi all,

Im currently using oneorzero as a web based helpdesk system. Basically i wanna spend some money and i would like some wireless PDAs to access the helpdesk around the school. OneorZero will take a huge amount of modifying to get it to fit nicely on the small PDA screen. Are other schools using anything like this?

    Cheers

    Mike

Sorry to hijack this a bit but can I ask what else people do with their PDA's? I have an XDA and use it for terminal services - I know it's a small screen for that but it's a life saver sometimes. Any thing else work related?

I use my personal one for Sat nav and task reminders etc. I want to use some for work the task discussed here. Will hopefully stop us forgetting things to be done.

    I use my PDA for

    the calendar / timeplanner
email + internet on the move
remote access to computers when I'm away from my desk
making quick notes when a thought occurs (not too often though :P )
    List of "things to do"
Easier to take to a meeting to make notes than a laptop
    music/games for the journey home
