Any of our Viglen users here finding their Classlink 7 Sidebars seem to disappear? I noticed it on machines that have been left idle for a while and sometimes if I view a computer in Remote Learning, I see it disappear as soon as the viewing window loads and then remains gone until the user logs off.
I've seen this happen, F5 job any good also is adrefresh.exe in the startup of start menu#?
F5 doesn't work, the sidebar is still hidden on affected computers when I do that. adrefresh.exe is is the Startup folder though.
is this happening on random machines, certain groups i.e. students, staff, technicians?
Only seen it happen to students, but thats because I have no need to look closely at the desktops of staff members and technicians so those two are untested.
I've noticed it sometimes happens and sometimes doesn't. Just now I tried a few sitting on the desktop and nothing happened.

Yeah we have support. Thought I'd ask here first as when I asked support about that (still unresolved) Group Policy issue they fobbed me off with excuses. Figured it'd be something simple.
