RM CC3 Rebuild - Stuck on installing Photoshop
I rebuild two same spec machines today, and everything went through fine until it came to install Photoshop 3.0
This package works fine and no other computers have failed to install or got stuck when installing this package.
The package is assigned to the location, with 28 other computers so removing it from the location is a no no, in case these 28 PC's also need fixing after.
Photoshop is not really needed on these 2 computers, so it doesn't need to be installed. ANY IDEAS PLEASE!

you could try going to the C drive of the machines (via run on your machine \\machinename\c$), then program files> research machines > network management > app agent > then the txt file with the machine name. Look for adobe photoshop and it will say something like INSTALL_PENDING change it to plain INSTALLED and it will probably skip it.

That worked a treat thanks Joanne.
For anyone else, it was INSTALL_FAILED that sussed it for me.
