Ranger remote control 10.5 multiple Tutor logon

After doing some extensive googling and coming up with nothing, I seem to be asking the old question that posp up again and again. How am I able to have multiple tutor machines logon and see the same student machines. We have an area for not so good students and have a couple of tutors looking after them at different desks, so it would be good to be able to have both of them look and control the students pc's
I've tired the config file adding Shared=1 thing as some people have suggested but that hasn't worked, ( jury was out whether that would work with Ver 10)

any help would be greatly appreciated

    Cheers

    Hi Ron,

Adding Shared=1 to the client32.ini on each student device is the correct option - you need to re checksum then.ini file to make this work.

If you email me I will go through this with you.

Thank you for the help, I had made a simple error and had not run the checksum properly, it has now worked after going back and redoing it.

You have made some guidance managers very happy and some students not so happy
    Thanks again
