I am new to the RM CC3 network system and being a teacher (rather than techie) have been trying to install Primary Games IWB software by installing to a shared directory and dropping the shortcuts into the shortcut bank, as to install the .exe's would've taken a long time on each machine around the network. So after installing the shortcuts, only admins can run the software. My question to any RM experts is, can I alter the permissions that restrict non-admin accounts from running .exe's from a shared location? If so how do I go about it? At my previous school, this would've been easy but I am struggling to see how to do it via the management console.
