Does anyone use the Microsoft SQL Version of "Access-It"?

We have a problem when we (try to) open the program. The system gives an error message saying the database password is incorrect.

Presumably this is the password stored in the master database which is used to connect to the main database.

The support people have checked this password and found it to be correct, so we've run out of ideas. Any suggestions?
