Computer activity monitoring
We're using CC4 4.2 and we want to be able to monitor our computers and what pupils are doing on them more closely.
I've heard of Impero which might fit our needs but can anybody recommend this or any other software solutions that would allow us to remotely monitor and see what a student is viewing on the computer?
Most students here use a generic login so it's hard to gain visibility on who has been viewing what exactly but if we can narrow it down to a computer we know a particular student is on then we want to be able to see what they are accessing.

Are you talking real time monitoring?
If you are, you can just use RM Tutor. It's limited to only show the same OU as the computer running it, so it's good for an it suite.
You may also have it already. I think it's included in the CC4 licencing.

Thanks for your reply.
Yes, looking to see real time monitoring - only in circumstances where we suspect there may be an e-safety issue.
I don't see RM Tutor available or installed under our RMMC but thanks for the heads up and I'll look into this further.

We use Securus, its not real time but will pickup and save violations. A school in this LEA found out a student was being groomed with Securus.
