Power Managment Software - Free or El Cheapo suggestions
Hi Guys,
I'm looking for some suggestions for some decent power monitoring/control software to allow me to centrally control the PC's within our school.
We are a boarding school and so have staff and pupils working late so want to be able to control different groups of computer with different policies.
Looked at Impero but didn't really find it suitable as we don't want all the other features.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

22nd November 2012, 12:37 PM #2 Have you looked at this, www.peachworx.com just going to look at it myself as a primary there is a deal for £90 something site license. Few used it on here, basic but apparently just does what it says on the tin. I also looked at Impero but it way out of our reach and does far more than what we want.

22nd November 2012, 01:07 PM #4 we are using Remote computer manager by SK Software. MyLanViewer Network/IP Scanner - Best LAN/Network IP address scanner for Windows. Remote Computer Manager - Remote shutdown and Wake on Lan. think it cost about $60 there is a free trial. So far we haven't found any machines on our network that it doesn't work with.
