Finding Files that have not been accessed

I'm trying to find files on our Win2K CC3 Server that have not been accessed for a long period of time, does anyone know of any software or other methods of doing this?

    Thanks

TreeSize Professional is what you want, although you will need to do the scan from a PC running Windows XP (or later) since Windows 2000 Server isn't supported.

How good is RoboCopy !!! Although never thought to use it for finding old unused files. Good tip I will also look at that option.

You can download a GUI for the command. The /minage parameter would be what you're looking for.
    /MAXAGE:n : MAXimum file AGE - exclude files older than n days/date.
    /MINAGE:n : MINimum file AGE - exclude files newer than n days/date.
    (If n < 1900 then n = no of days, else n = YYYYMMDD date).
    (referenced from Robocopy | SS64.com)

Also you can log the output to an appropriate location.
