Speed up loading of netware log in box

Is it possible to speed up the log in box, its one of those things thats now starting to bug me so if anyone has any ideas other than purchase new hardware then let me know.

Which part? - how quick the login dialog box appears from boot or from login to desktop?

How quick the login box appears it seems to take an age.

1 Do you have "Always Wait for network blah blah" enabled in your local GPO?

From the GPO: -
Determines whether Windows XP waits for the network during computer startup and user logon. By default, Windows XP does not wait for the network to be fully initialized at startup and logon. Existing users are logged on using cached credentials, which results in shorter logon times. Group Policy is applied in the background once the network becomes available.

If a user with a roaming profile, home directory, or user object logon script logs on to a computer, Windows XP always waits for the network to be initialized before logging the user on.

To test if its the wait for logon issue i removed the netware client and logged in to ad and this didnt show the same issues.

So is there away for the Gina (think thats what its called) to be loaded as the machine starts so that when the user gets to the ctrl + alt + del stage the login box appears swiftly
