Cisco CUBAC/Call Manager Issue.
Hi all we are currently running Cubac (8.5 i think) and Call manager 8.0.3 and im struggling to set the time it takes for calls to trip over from Unity (194 Call Handler menu system) > Cubac Reception (ext 6800) and then to our overflow in the admin office (Line Group Cubac_overflow).
We would like to reduce the amount of time a call sits in the Cubac queue from 45 seconds to 30. I thought it was the RNA Reversion Timeout that needed to be changed, but the changes didn't seem to take effect. so any help would be greatly appreciated!!
