Anyone use an iPad or iPod touch as technicians tool?
As the title says was wondering if any ict technicians or network managers use iPod touch's or iPad's as a technical tool to help solve issues.
Came across an interesting thread about using an iPod touch on a mitel phone system for VoIP calling. It got me thinking what other uses do people use them for?
What you have set up to work on them?
They strike me as a great mobile device for remoting onto a server quickly or changing a password, logging a call in spiceworks etc.
What do you guys use them for?
