Doubting Thomas here :)
When people said you just say proxy into voice dialler and a dialog pops up - having tried it a few times I thought it was just a wind-up :)
But its true - at least on a Desire running CM7RC4.
I had to resort to trying this as CyanogenMod team had removed access to the setting directly.
