Is there an app that anyone is aware of that will allow me to turn off a specific e-mail address at a certain time (I collect six different ones)? I could set an alarm and do it manually I guess, but automation is a wonderful thing! :p

What do you mean by "turn off" ?
That the account is not contacted when you fetch mail ?

I have access yes, but the iPhone connects to OWA, so I don't think there is much I can do about it from the server end.
