Virgin mobile and HTC Desire X
3 months into my contract with Virgin mobile my phone broke. I was a little pissed but hey, It happens. It got sent off and a new one come back 4 days later saying my old phone can not be fixed.
Now.. I have the new phone and its happened again.. exact same problem... I told them i don't want the same phone as its not fit for purpose. Its obouvly a fault with that model of phone. They are sadly having none of it :(
Where do i stand with them? Tell them I'm leaving the contact due to this and hope they offer me another model or live with it?
