Google Maps for Iphone finally here

BBC News - Google Maps native iPhone app launched on Apple's store

Just literally installed it and thought I would share the news if any of you did not know already.

I saw it on cultofmac feed on twitter and grabbed it myself first thing, relegated the maps app then to a page far far away on the iphone :)

How long until they block it on the grounds of "duplicating functionality?" (Not that the Apple Maps app had any useful functionality to begin with...)

good stuff, now how do i delete the other useless maps app :rolleyes:
