Zimbra Scrolling

Hello all,

Can someone with an iPad and Zimbra please verify whether or not you can scroll the preview pane when using Safari?

If you can, what version of Zimbra Server are you using? Thank you.

nope generally.....but i think i hit a sweet spot just now as one moved slightly but i can recreate it...

if you drag from the brown/tan bar that has the subject, the sent by etc in, you can move it then but you cant let go...

Interesting... so is it a browser problem or Zimbra problem in your opinion bearing in mind I can scroll using other web pages on the iPad? I'm being told it's a browser problem...

Right... Link2ICT have admitted they're still using Zimbra Server v5 and this is why it doesn't work properly on the iPad. This proves it's not a browser issue whatsoever.

Nope, because i use Chrome and it doesn't work on that either...

Zimbra Server's upto version 8 now. I'm not entirely sure what Link2ICT are playing at to be honest... three versions behind? Are they still using Windows 2000 as well? :doh:

As far as I can discern from the bugzilla the scrolling issue was fixed around two and a half years ago in v6.0.5 or shortly thereafter.

Bug 45905 – ipad support for mobile lite client

I ended up just telling users to use mobile mode... only problem being can't seem to add attachments in this mode :(
