I was intrigued to see a tweet about a new education magazine aimed at using iPads in school. I know it will cost some money from the NewsStand and time will tell if it is any good but I thought I'd share the link. It doesn't say whether it is focused on 1 to 1 schemes or classroom sets, but I am sure that many of the ideas in mags like this can be transposed to other tablets solutions.
COMING SOON: The Edudemic iPad Magazine! | Edudemic

20th February 2012, 12:55 PM #4 I did get the first issue and have had a look through. I think it will take me more than one issue to decide whether it is worth it.
Some of the articles seem a tad sparse and I hope they expand a bit more over the coming issues. I was half hoping that it would have more of the feel of iCreate with some hands-on tutorial time, either based on the use of devices in class or the management of devices.
Issue 2 is now out so I'll pull that down and have a look. At £1.49 an issue I am happy to invest a little and compare it against the various websites / blogs / etc that are out there.

20th February 2012, 09:55 PM #6 It is worth stating that the website is a good source as well, and there are a number of interesting edtech items on there too ... not quite as good as Tech&Learning but they are growing.
