    Network Boot RM Slate - is this possible?

    I've been given 50 RM Slates to build...

    The Bios doesn't seem to want me to PXE boot, does anyone know if this is possible??

    Hmm. With only wireless networking I don't think you are going to get far. Do you have an external USB CD/DVD drive? Perhaps disk imaging would be the way ahead. It'll be slow, but will work as I've imaged ours several times now with Acronis.

    Nope... Even if you have the docking station you cant boot to the network. I had 6 to build onto RM CC4 a while ago. They came with Win7 home so had to install Win7Pro from CD then smart client them. RM were extreamlly unhelpful when I phoned up pointing out this rather idiotic way of building them.

    I will be trying to build a slate from USB network adapter that RM provided and see if that works but i doubt it as its a hard job finding the drivers for the network card for win 7 never mind vista 32
