    It looks like Mr Google has finally seen the light and proxies are part of the core in 3.1 and not just down to manufacturers sorting it out

    So, all I'd like now is for someone to make a 10in 'droid slate with it on for 200 and then we'd be cooking on gas

    That's not an online forum, that's the google bug tracker... and the message saying it's in 3.0 was posted by a google staffer.

    if its same as 3.1 go to your wireless settings and longpress on the appropriate wifi connection should pring up a menu and allow you to config the proxy ip dns etc

    nope checking my version its 2.3.3 and htc 2.1 htc desire hd

    it says i can delete the connection
