I'm hoping that someone else has had this problem.....
We are starting to push out these phones, and have had our first WBL person in, to ask for their email to be set up.
Despite putting ALL the correct settings in, there are no emails coming down to the phone. The phone starts to synch, but nothing happens.....
Any ideas? As the great god Google doesn't seem to know anything!

Was issued with my own E5-00 today, to have a play with, and see if I could get exchange working.
When the initial set-up of the email account takes place, it defaults to "secured" and port 443.
By changing it to "unsecured", it reverts to port 80, and exchange pushes the mail through.
Success!
